Memoir Socials is a social media management agency that empowers female health experts to grow organically on social media. We offer a variety of social media management and content creation packages tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
Our mission is to work with health and wellness professionals and help them build a community through social media.
our founder
Khat discovered her passion for social media while finishing her last semester at university, where she studied business administration, international business, and marketing. With experience working at a local marketing agency as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, she found a passion for health and wellness while collaborating with professionals in the field.
Recently diagnosed with PCOS, Khat's personal health journey ignited a newfound dedication to prioritizing her well-being.
Inspired by her experiences, she founded Memoir Socials — a platform dedicated to providing
social media management and content creation services for female health and wellness professionals.

Social Media Management
Social media is basically a second website for your business, so we know that trusting an outside source to manage it can be scary! That’s why we value working closely with every client to make sure your brand voice, values and aesthetics are clearly communicated across every platform. We welcome you to be as hands on, or off, as you want to be.
Social Media Management is our most effective service, and gives you the most freedom from social media related tasks.
This service includes the ideation, editing, planning, and posting of organic, strategized content across your preferred social media platforms. We'll provide you with fresh content to review every week, ensuring transparency and eliminating surprises about what's being posted on your accounts. Additionally, all social media management clients will receive a monthly overview of their analytics across all platforms we manage, empowering you to track your growth effectively!
Is this service for you?
This service is for businesses who see the value social media marketing, but don’t have the time, strategies, or resources to keep up with the ever-changing algorithms and trends on these platforms. If you know your target audience, have a brand kit, and are ready to invest in the growth of your business - This is the perfect service for you!
*Investment starts at $2,000 USD per month for one platform. Clients have the option of adding monthly, product shoots for an additional fee.
Content creation
What’s included?
Designed, edited, ready-to-post content for businesses. This is the custom creation of graphics for feed or story posts, short-form video for Reels or Tiktoks, product photography, and more. Includes the ideation, strategizing, and editing of short-form video.
Remote options are available for clients who are able to shoot raw footage.
Is this service for you?
This service is great for social media managers or business owners who understand how to run their accounts, but don’t enjoy (or have the time) to create graphics/videos consistently.
*Note: price varies based on scope of work and quantity of deliverables.
Product photography/
videography
Product photography and videography services are available for businesses that rely on showcasing their products. We often opt to create lifestyle-oriented content to reach a wider audience and enhance engagement.
To ensure high-quality content creation, we kindly request that clients send us their products via mail. This allows us to physically possess the items and craft engaging visuals for social media or personal purposes.
Rest assured, we exclusively utilize products sent to us to create content for social media platforms, and we do not distribute or share any products or content created with the product with anyone else.
*Note: these product photoshoots can be added-on to any other service, cost of product photography/videography varies based on scope of work and quantity of deliverables.
